It is not. Healthcare is a service industry, and it is not possible for a consumer to judge the quality of the healthcare he receives without extensive medical training. By that criterion alone, the information differential means there can NEVER be a free market in Healthcare. I suppose he wants to eliminate tort awards, too, so those ppor doctors don't have to pay anything at all for their fuckups. Getting a bad roof repair is an inconvenience. A doctor's error can be FATAL.
