Heyyy !!!! I would truly be happy for that recipe (Death by Chocolate)...I would like to make it for a Labor Day shindig..yummy...
I am printing the berry recipe and nanna one too yummy....
I second the potroast idea as well. I am not sure where you are located but I am sure December will be very cold. When your Master walks in the home it will be yummy and welcoming.
What hot-blooded male doesn't enjoy a well executed roast with in season veggies. The desserts above are lovely. After a dinner like this I wouldn't bank on much play that night.

Depends on how big of a dish you want to make. Its layers of brownie, two different types of chocolate pudding, crushed skors bars, crushed oreos, and whipped cream. No recipe needed, just pick a dish and layer away!

RealSub58. That was rude.

I am sure she can search, but if it gives people here a chance tot talk about things they love or like to do, and have it be something tried and true, that people have actually tried, and not a recipe on some website, why not ask on here?

SO true!

[on topic] ok, recipes. Here's one of mine known only as "THE potatoes" (aka 'Heart attack on a plate' ). Note: recipe can be halved if it is just the 2 of you.

9 medium Idaho russet potatoes
1lb bacon
1lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 med white onion
1 head garlic
Sea salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375. Scrub and puncture potatoes as for baked potatoes, place on foil lined baking tray. Remove outer skin from garlic clove and slice 1/2" off the top. Drizzle clove with olive oil and put on tray with potatoes. Cover with foil and bake for 40-50 mins, until potatoes are done. Remove from oven and let cool slightly, turning the oven down to 350.

While potatoes and garlic are baking, grate cheese and place in a large bowl. Cook the bacon, let it cool, and crumble it into the bowl with the cheese. Chop onion and saute in the leftover bacon grease until clear, then strain and add to bowl, along with sea salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

When potatoes are done and cool enough to handle, cut them into bite sized chunks (skin and all) and add them to the cheese mixture. Separate garlic cloves and squeeze each to remove roasted garlic. Chop garlic a bit with a knife and add it to the potato cheese 'mess' in the bowl. Mix thoroughly again.

Spread mixture into a large, greased baking dish, and bake, uncovered for 30-35 mins. If top starts getting too brown during baking, cover with foil. Let cool and serve, but only if your CPR card is up to date

Note: leftovers make an awesome breakfast frittata. Beat eggs in mixing bowl, add to potatoes and mix. Pop back in the oven at 350 until potatoes are hot and egg is set.
This recipe got a universal 'kinkster thumbs-up' when I made it at a weekend sleepover/ play party.

Thank you all SO, so much for all of these different recipes! Everything sounds so good! xD
I'll definitely be using all of these recipes to fine-tune my cooking skills. Master's actually interested to know how well I can handle any cooking assignment He sends my way. So He plans to look at this big list of recipes and pick out one thing a week for me to try to cook for Him and record it on Youtube. So excited! :D

Fast reply: Quiche Lorraine!!!!

Just get a standard recipe out of any of the old standard cookbooks (The Joy of Cooking comes to mind) and then you can either keep it exactly as is, or have some fun experimenting with variations. Its a great thing to know how to make because its good for potlucks, etc. Everyone will love it, and compliment you on it!

YUM!

Could be a really long video if you use the slow cooker ideas

Oven Fried Chicken:

3 lbs skinless chicken
1 cup breakfast cereal such as Special K or Wheaties, smashed into bits
Spices: 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, 2 tablespoons onion flakes, 1/2 tsp thyme, 1/2 tsp sage, 1/2 tsp black pepper or about 10 turns of the pepper grinder

Preheat oven to 425. Clean and dry chicken, then place cereal in a plastic bag and smash. (I use my pestle but a potato masher or other such device will work fine), Spray a heavy baking dish with PAM. Add spices to cereal bag and shake well. Toss chicken pieces in the cereal/spice mix and then arrange on baking dish (not too close together please). Bake for 50-60 mins depending on the size of chicken pieces, turning once half way through baking time.

I've yet to meet a guy who liked chicken who didn't like this tasty and healthy recipe. Serve with garlic smashed potatoes and a big green salad.

Actually I wondered the same thing and found the comments about other websites rather strange. Especially since someone provided The Food Network and there's tons of remarks from persons that have tried the recipes that offer feedback and any problems they've encountered. I know the same is true for others sites such as Epicurious and Chowhound to name a few and I use them all.

The OP indicated that she had a high level of proficiency in cooking and someone suggested she frequent used bookstores to add a few items to her collection which makes sense. In my opinion an individual with that aptitude could replicate a dish and counter errors they might see in the recipe. Which would mean the issue with the websites would really be moot. That's where your experience in the kitchen comes in.
