Being labeled as vanilla upon entering a new lifestyle website annoyed me. Excuse me for wanting to have myself properly 'labeled' around here. Again, I ask for a thousand pardons. I can only hope my future postings don't rub you the wrong way again. Thanks for your warm welcome to the forum. I'm really sorry about that asking for help on how to change it part, too. I can only hope you'll live. Thanks for pointing out to me, and everyone else on the forum just how out-of-line I truly was. ( The horror .... the horror ... ! )

You consented to being labelled, as you put it, when you first posted. The list of forum rankings is in the very top, permanent post in this forum. They are a light hearted way of ranking members solely by the number of posts they've made. They are in no way a reflection upon a person's character, D/s experience or identity, sexual orientation...or taste in ice cream!
People did not jump on you for merely asking a simple question. People responded in what you perceive as a negative manner for the air of self-importance and intolerance you conveyed in your original post. You were practically begging for the responses you got. For the record, I found most of the responses intelligent, well-written, and polite.
