Well attacking America at every turn isnt taking care of it ....is it? All I ever hear from tea baggers is what is bad about America. What is wrong with America. Putting its leaders down. Is that taking care of America? I don't think so. America, love it or leave it!

They dont attack America, they attack the incompetent leadership that is destroying her and will take back some of it November.

Yes, and put in an even more incompetent leadership in the form of the Republican Party. There are some Republicans and most Tea Party canidates, that do not instill me with much confidence in their understanding of the economy, nor long term growth.

And what do these supposive 'leaders' have in mind for fixing the economy? The sort of stuff I hear from conservatives, is simply silly. Its not based on sound economic principle. Nor is it acknowledging that the Stimulus Package from two years ago, did indeed, make alot of sense and help the economy. I'm not talking the 'political' side of the Stilumulus Package, but the 'economic' side. Conservatives can not understand the two as seperate entities (but as one and the same), and hence, why a distrust grows among liberals and even some moderates, of their motives for change.

I could watch this board! Not one of you have actually come forward, with a really good idea (on your own), that could work in reality. Cutting taxes, is a vague answer. Which taxes? How much? Why those and not others? Cutting spendng is another, vague answer. Where is the spending cut from? Why those areas, and not the ones conservatives traditionally defend? How much are the cuts? What happens to the money being cut out....exactly?

If they have a good idea, on how to get the economy going, jobs being created, and reducing the national deficit, without cutting spending from areas conservatives want cuts (and ignore the areas they dont). By all means, present away. And yes, I will ask questions (thats what citizens should be doing). If you truely believe this concept, willbeurdaddy, you'll just have to be patient for a skeptic, like myself. If Republicans want my vote, they'll answer my questions, without getting angry or hateful.

Yes, and put in an even more incompetent leadership in the form of the Republican Party. A staggering statement in light of the incompetence demonstrated by the WH and Congress every day.

There are some Republicans and most Tea Party canidates, that do not instill me with much confidence in their understanding of the economy, nor long term growth. If the "stimulus" package and tax increases are your idea of contributing to the long term growth of the economy you are way out of your depth on the topic.

Not one of you have actually come forward, with a really good idea (on your own), that could work in reality. I dont blame you for not being able to read every post, but there have been many good ideas proposed.

Cutting taxes, is a vague answer. Which taxes? How much? Retain the Bush income tax rates, eliminate taxation of dividends, lower the maximum corporate tax rate to 28%, and similarly cap Sub S rates.

Why those and not others?
Because they are the major obstacles to recovery and long term growth.

Cutting spendng is another, vague answer. Where is the spending cut from? across the board hiring freeze on all non-defense government agencies until the workforce is reduced by a minimum of 10%. there is no agency that cant trim its budget. Limit growth in per capita salaries and benefit costs to CPI plus 2%. Repeal "health care reform" that is already causing huge rate increases and loss of coverage in anticipation of implementation and hasnt even begun to incur administration costs.
Why those areas, and not the ones conservatives traditionally defend? How much are the cuts? What happens to the money being cut out....exactly? It doesnt get spent anywhere, it reduces the budget deficit. voila.

Salaries for Federal jobs are far higher than their private sector counterparts, bring those more in line with whats reasonable and we could save a lot.

I have an announcement, the world is going to end tomorrow.

My reasoning for coming to this prediction is that I actually agree with something Sanity has said.

Considering that the most recent chart I can find is for the 2009 budget, in which 30% of the federal budget was being spent on "Human Resources"

What I have not been able to find is a comparison of Government Salaries and non-government salaries.

At every public gathering I have ever been to, from baseball and football games to political rallies or events in public parks, the cleaning crews were there cleaning what they could during the entire event, and immediately after people vacated an area the crews would start cleaning it.

But hey, if you want to believe Breitbart's bullshit then enjoy yourself.

I dont get the connection, but since I never believed in god, turning back wouldnt apply, and since there is nothing to turn back TO, the question is moot.

Not worth arguing about it anymore.

When I posted it I honestly didn't believe there were many people gullible enough to believe this bullshit.

I guess I was wrong.

So I'll leave you to believe that the filthy, nasty liberals don't really care about the country or taking care of it while the upstanding conservatives and teabaggers do the honorable thing.

I could point out a number of differences between the two videos that would show the intentional propaganda, but why bother?

Maybe we keep diferent company. In my experience people do pick-up after themselves, and somebody who walks away leaving his trash on the ground usually draws frowns. But I'll admit to being gullible enough to believe that if the gathering had been a liberal/progressive event you wouldn't be calling bullshit.

By the way, the video was just me being a nice guy by giving you something to rant about. I know things have been slow lately.
