Status: offline 		In one of my books of tattoos, there is a pic of a BAR CODE tat! It's on someone's head, I believe. Fabulous!

Me, I would just have PROPERTY OF HIB inked on his unit. That would work, right?

I wouldn't want there to be too much spare flesh space, Lady Hib.  If you were my Domme, I'd prefer that, plus 'Property of Lady Hibiscus' - plus your address and phone number.  That would look great above a world map.

In all seriousness, I'd like to understand why the OP would desire to register a slave.  What value could that possibly serve?  I've been living the D/s lifestyle for over 20 years, and I fail to comprehend any value in some type of random registration.  Moreover, since their really is no official Parliament of D/s, why would their registration be any more valid than just typing out a certificate on your own computer.  And why would their registration number be any more valid than a registration number that I simply pulled out of my arse?

OP, if this is a serious request, what do you hope to gain from it?  I'm really interested.

Color me confused.
