If you are using cream of chicken soup I would use lean ground turkey or chicken instead of ground beef.

For the same reason I would never put beef gravy over a piece of chicken..but that is just me..If using ground beef a better pairing would be cream of mushroom soup or one of the other cream soups....perhaps french onion soup somehow incorporated to go with the beef theme.

sub4 hire, and every one else. I made it for Daddy and I tonight and it was absolutely tasty! I used cream of chicken like planned, and I didn't dilute it or dilate it as I accidentally said at first lol. And we just stired the noodles and the COC together in the same pan as meat, meat was drained of course, and then plated the meal.
