And I do think that those human rights, as put in that declaration, are not applicable to all humans of all times; they clearly were written for a modern world. For example, if I remember correctly, one of the rights is the right to a nationality. Obviously, this right makes no sense in, say, the Paleolithic in which the concept of a nationality surely didn't exist yet. If that implies we shouldn't call them human rights, but social rights... well, ok.
