I don't think so, but then, I'm not approached by very many women, lol.  You really want to know?  Read profiles of both and find out...or, make a female profile and see what kinds of responses you get.  Not saying that many women are not shallow, but I think it occurs in males more often.

Depends on the situation and the person. FYI, there is a place for posts like this, its called "polls and random..." don't be surprised if this gets  moved to that category.

Bullshit, feastie. Women are just as often to be as shallow as men, they just aren't as forth coming about it.

I  think woman in general  are shallow since most have depended  on men  for there well being  and being provided  for, from the very start of existance and therefore did not require to do otherwise, that being said i do not believe woman have  the same capacity as men in there mind sets to change since it is inherent in there makeup of being the weaker species, this does not mean i believe woman dont have the capacity to change ,what i am saying is they dont want to.~l.b.~

I've thought about it =) .... no, women are deep.
Wondering though why you would ask a question like this for a first post?

Edited to add:
As for the post just above me .. pardon but how shallow is that?
What century are we living in anyways?
Men and women are different genders of the same species.
Sometimes men are sooooooo shallow I wish the human species was parthenogenic.

So, I guess the millions of working women out there are just figments of the world's imagination?  Gee, I wish I'd known that, maybe I wouldn't be getting up and getting my ass to work every day.

What I find exceedingly shallow is the whole concept of female and/or male supremacy.

I don't think that "shallow" is the correct term but let's go with it. What appears to be shallowness may just be a difference in motivations.

That is like me saying all men are spineless whining babies that have little self control simply because that is the bulk of the men I have known and met!!! I just simple acknowledge that many men are not men in general. While I have met many many women that are shallow, especially younger women (that may be your problem) I know far more wonderfully complex, intelligent and self sufficient women that need NO ONE to take care of them and wether gay or straight have gotten to the point of caring little wether there is a man in their life or not. From what I have seen women are actually MORE ABLE to go without a mate for all of their needs than most men are. Any man that thinks women are the weaker of the species is dangerously sticking his head in the sand. On second thought, you just keep thinking that.......it makes it ever so much easier to surprise you.........and do without you.......

Some shallow women may be as shallow as shallow men, though perhaps in a different way.

Diverging from the shallowness subject: Many subs and especially slaves are very intelligent and highly sensible as well. An M perhaps is not required to be as intelligent, but should certainly be able to perceive what percolates in the brains of his or her s.

This poll is shallow, as only two generic choices are offered. I will not vote on it.

I voted no. But I'd now like to vote no, on whether men are as shallow as women. I just want to even things out here.

I actually think we all run shallow and deep, just like pools of water. Shallow at the edges, deeper in in the center. If nothing else this board would prove that point if you read it often enough.

When asked to give some sreious thought to a subject, most people will rise to the occasion.

At the top of each post is a bar with a quote button. Quotes are preceded by a text in square brackets and followed by the word 'quote' and perhaps a slash also in square brackets. Simply first use the edit button, look for the square bracket that is deficient. Close or discard the editable window. Use the quote button on any text, copy the required square brackets and paste those in the post you want to edit.

No ... they are not.  The genetic differences between us make it this way ... and of course the different ways boys and girls are raised also has an influence.
