I am glad you agree MN.

DE has over stepped its boundary.

What ever happened to "Due Process" and burden of proof?

If this stands- it would have grave implications.  I doubt Alex was ever in DE.

So- basically any group- - if I put a collar me sign up here in PA-, MNtail could be charged.

Since it is his name (the website) he has the responsibility to --how do they say it?  jealously guard and defend it under law.....

Rather than whine, he coulda got hunkie to pull it down. Hunkie loves that man and would do anything for him.

I do get tired of garage sale signs.

People put them up- and never take them down.

So you choose to believe a truther moron over the DOT, that says they can trace ownership of the sign to inforwars? Figures.

Read the link.

It was a home made sign.

Hopefully he gets deported and shot.

Despite Ron's apparent fucking ignorance, this is a bigger issue than meets the eye.

Anyone who supports the actions of the state of Delaware in this matter needs to go to a more friendly country, how about Iran ? May the chains of bondage rest lightly upon his limbs, for when he cries, noone will help him. Just tolerate him for now, soon he may join Sirguy68.

Back to the issue, this is not only a free speech issue, it has to do with jurisdiction. This will be sorted out eventually, I am just unsure exactly how to influence the outcome in a positive way. If I were in the legal dept at infowars I would immediately demand proof of jurisdiction, as well as proof of culpability. I don't care as much about what Germany did to Zundel, this is supposed to be the fucking USA goddammit.

- I am guessing info wars . com is a corporation.

But to put a warrant out for Alexes arrest- is incredulous.

Corporations can not go to jail.  The complaint if in the link.

It would be like someone putting my screen name  on a phone poll in DE- and then DE threatening to put a warrant out for my arrest.

What would happen if any of us called the police over a garage sale sign that is on a poll?   Our call would be disregarded.

How can another state put a warrant out for anyones arrest- that has never set foot in that state?  Over an act done by some 3rd party?

Alex lives in Texas, not Delaware.

"What warrent?

Doesn't matter, if the law exists it is repugnant to the Constitution on multiple grounds. This is supposed to make it null and void, as ruled by the supreme court a long time ago.

The threat is repugnant to anyone who understands what this country is supposed to be, and they chip away at it endlessly as people don't notice during their shopping and partying.

Go ahead and ignore these issues, and see what happens. I don't care, if they destroy my country much more I'll find another. The USA is not simply a collection of states, if you think that's all it is, you better study all million or whatever pages of law, stop all kinky activities, and remember ignorance of the law is no excuse. And if they haven't repealed the law in some state against french kissing, you better not do that in any state, because apparently they can sieze jurisdiction anywhere they please. You will be extradited. What kind of country do you want ?

Despite your hyperbole, and whatever is wrong with your eyes, there is no larger issue here.  Delaware (and several other states) do not want you posting anything in their right-of-way.

They wouldn't give a fuck if that was posted via tattoo on your ass Termy, so long as you didn't hang out your ass in their right-of-way.

End of convo, no freedom of speech shit whatsoever.

Fuckin take out news ads, write some stupid shit on prison planet (as it happened), write it all over collarme, stupid and dismissive as the trivial thing is, free speech abounding, just don't stick the motherfucker in their right-of-way.

Can we get them to do that somehow?

Arrest Alex Jones and not allow him anywhere near a computer?

Then how about I put a tazz sign up in DE, would you be ok- with DE sending YOU that form letter?

Are you resposible for my actions?   Are you responsible if I put up your info on a light poll here in my town?   Should my town be allowed to fine you- if I put up a sign which contains your info.?

Even if you are right- is it ok- for you to have to spend money on an attorney to prove you are right?

Maybe I can have someone put up a sign on MN- his shop- my cousin in DE, and yes- I have relatives there- I could have him put up signs of MN, of RML and for Tazz.   I could have him do this more then once.  Then DE could send you a form letter- but that is ok.

Is it really ok?

be careful how you reply- because I might actually do it.
