Status: offline 		I feel sorry for the collectors and for the people in debt unable to pay. The collectors who make the calls probably work  for the minimum wage plus a small commission. They have difficulties to remain sane under the current economic climate. It is hard  to understand how can you collect anything by phone? It must be one of the worst jobs.

You`ve got to be joking. Earning low wages, if its true, is no excuse for being a racist shit. I dont know how or why anyone can defend these scum.

Last sentence: A jury in Texas found the both the debt collectors and the corporation responsible and awarded Jones more than $l.5 million.

So both were found liable.

The "debt collectors" are the individuals and the "corporation" is ACT, not BofA.
