My, my, my. How shocked I am by the literal absence of any worthwhile retort to my OP by the obvious overwhelming preponderence of Democrats, liberals, progressives and/or Obama supporters here...shocked NOT that is of course.

Me, a racist based upon what I've posted herein? I shudder to think what those who call me a racist based upon what I've posted herein would call Obama based upon what he has said on mainstream-media televison: a) "...like the typical white person."; b) "...and don't forget the color of my skin."; c) "...the [white] Cambridge police acted stupidly...". Then of course there's the overt racism of Obama's Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division ignoring/dismissing cases that involve black defendants and white victims.

Mulatto = racist epithet, always and only? PC bullshit.

I think you would be surprised at how many millions of dollars came from the Middle East funneled to legitimate muslim citizens who contributed to Obama's campaign. There's no doubt in my mind that the Middle east controlled our last election by running up gas prices a few years before to destroy our economy, then raised money for their muslim brother.

Funny how the mainstream media never questioned where Obama's money came from, but tea party supporters are open game. I suspect that many countries overseas, not the middle east, realize that if the United States collapses, so do they, and that is exactly where we are heading.

See this is where ignorance takes over, being republican does not mean one is conservative and follows the social issues of a conservative it also does not mean that republican is a RINO. Granted in 1982 when I turned 18 registered as a repub (yes I liked Reagan) but in reality my views are more Libertarian then conservative and republican. I am just too lazy to reregister. popeye you would be surprised how many backyard bbq's you would be invited to. I agree with you on all but Unions, not every business needs one though there are some that do. Oh and gay marriage as I am not a true believer in marriage to begin with, I would like to see hets get civil unions and get the same benefits that a married couple gets. Why does one need a paper to finalize their relationship?

I read some of the posts here and surpirsed how many are supposedly adults attacking each other because they disagree, name calling is so childish and something you hear in schoolyards.

I still believe Barry Seotoro is unqualified.

Oh and popeye I do agree with the rest of your post that you wrote below the quote posted above.

My friends come from all walks of life from conservatives to socialists just because I disagree with their ideologies I would never slam them for it.

Sensiia, you have to excuse Rule, Owner and Mike in here, they mean well but they can't see the forest for the trees.
To them there exists *only* "Liberal" and "Conservative."
There is no "middle" for them, it's like some type of fourth dimension that they just can't get into or conceive. It kind of sounds like an episode of "The Twilite Zone"; "On this episode,...."The two dimensional men."
I try to keep an open mind but I just can't put up with leftists. And I don't mean liberals either, I get along fine with most of them, I don't know why leftists try to count liberals as their brethren there's a huge chasm of differance between the two! The leftists must be lonely I guess.
I find it amusing when they defend "Democrat" candidates! That must be like me defending that asshole John McCain or George Bush. YUCK!
But, they don't have anyone of their own in office so for whatever reason they pick on the Democrats. The leftists really do need to form their own party but they can't as there'd be hardly anyone to vote in it! lol Boy, if I were a Democrat and I saw some lefties comming over to talk I'd say, "Let's ditch them, quick!" What's that saying about laying down with dogs?
I enjoy being an Independant because I don't have to buy into anyone's bullshit but I do have a good bit of Populism in me as well. "If it's good for The People, it's good!"
The one area where I am conservative is as regards what our govt. is doing is in spending *our money.* "The govt." doesn't have any money, every single penny that they are spending belongs to the U.S. Taxpayers! They need to start making some serious cuts! We don't need or want many of those "Agencies", "Dept's" or "Programs."
There is too much corruption and special interests in Washington and "Lobbyists" should be outlawed.
And for my views I've been called almost every name in the book in here. And guess by who.

Painting with a broad brush is perfectly acceptable when talking about liberals, because they have a mass mind and are told what to think by the Dems, but is not acceptable when talking about conservatives, because they're all rugged individualists.
