To increase the amount of bullshit you spew to astronomical levels does nothing to fix its fundamental flaw of whole incorrectness.

yeh all of that........ was right out of the law dictionary but who am I to nitpick, you got it happening for ya man! LMAO

Sorry if posting law dents your fantasy land.

mnottertail -> RE: Is the United States government Legitimate? (10/20/2010 7:03:24 AM)

you should look in that blacks law and see what the word dictionary means, the word random and faulty stringing together of words to obfuscate judgements and whether or not a dictionary has caselaw and precedent in and of itself beyond of a definition of words.

is that your way of agreeing that courts are broken.

mnottertail -> RE: Is the United States government Legitimate? (10/20/2010 10:39:27 AM)

nope.

Slavehandsome -> RE: Is the United States government Legitimate? (10/20/2010 10:41:45 AM)

Was the Nazi government in Germany legitimate? Was Mao's government in China legitimate? Was Stalin's government in the Soviet Union legitimate? Was Saddam Hussein's government in Iraq legitimate? Was Castro's government in Cuba legitimate?

mnottertail -> RE: Is the United States government Legitimate? (10/20/2010 10:45:31 AM)

unless this is a fast reply and rhetorical in nature, my answer would be yes.

for all the fuckheads who say .......... are you saying?............

The question is pointed at two anti-government whackjobs that haunt these forums, they seem to feel that there is no government with more authority than that at the county level.

People following this philosophy sent letters to all fifty governors and demanded they resign or be removed by force, which never happened.

Moonhead -> RE: Is the United States government Legitimate? (10/21/2010 12:32:19 PM)

I'm surprised that Homeland Security didn't take an interest in that (or, come to that Chuck Norris' talk of "terrorist cells"): I can only imagine the result if some loudmouthed lefties had demanded that the Florida election in 2000 wasn't legitimate and that the chimp should stand down or be deposed by force. They'd have been in Gitmo before they could blink, wouldn't they?

I think they already do, to some extent, at least in the extreme cases where some people set up in some compound and declare their independence. Or if people are stockpiling weapons. They keep their eye on things like that, of course. But in most cases, it's just talk that never really amounts to much.

Well, maybe not Gitmo, but I would imagine they would probably keep watch lists on both the extreme left and the extreme right.

As of the last time I checked which was a couple of weeks ago, two left wing eco groups are on the "Domestic Terrorist Groups" watch list.

Listed on the list are a number of ultra conservative militia groups and anti abortion groups (groups that have advocated violence against abortion doctors and clinics,) white supremacy groups, African American Groups, the American Indian Movement (no longer militant uses the political and justice systems to get their point across,) and two other native American groups that are also political in nature.

Even under the Bush Administration the FBI and Justice departments were more interested in Sovereign Citizen groups and militia groups. To be honest it would seem that the criteria for being on the list is protesting against the government or advocating anti government views or philosophies.

It was Bush sr.'s Justice Department that went after the Weavers at Ruby Ridge, although it was the Clinton Justice Department that finally prosecuted the case using the evidence gathered under the Bush Administration.

Strangely enough, it is not the right wing militia groups that are known for violence, and at most have been investigated for weapons violations.

The major thrust of FBI investigations have been the Sovereign Citizen movement for various activities that include fraud, hot checks, money laundering, tax fraud, fraudulent bank notes, murder and assault on police officers.

Many of whom are the well studied and highly educated and when they want to do their sovereign thing with full rights continue to be forced at end of the barrel of a government gun to accept "SERVICES" provided by the government they do not want!

The american dream!

for various activities that include fraud,
yeh like ROBO-SIGNING
hot checks,
yeh like those copied securities sold to china
money laundering,
like the cities double dipping?
tax fraud,
double dipping again
fraudulent bank notes,
banks with fake names and notaries
murder and assault on police officers.
foster oneil kennedy several 911 unhandy witnesses

I was shocked to see you actually got a few things right on the topic.

If anything should be glaringly obvious to people it is the COMMON LAW MOVEMENT PROPONENTS citation as terrorists in the FBI pamphlet.

ARTICLE VII - Right to a trial by jury

In suits at COMMON LAW, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States, than according to the rules of the COMMON LAW.

SO WHO IS THE REAL TERRORIST?

shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of the United States

ALL COURTS AS IN EVERY STATE ARE UNDER THE UNITED STATES!

Think that might have anything to do with them listing anyone who endorses the constitutionally secured right to a common law tribunal as an extremist or terrorist etc?

Spoil their PRIVATE party?
