On the other side I have found I can no longer respond to messages sent to me. If I click reply I get a text box that I type in, and am then told that I can't send a blank message.

I'm having to go to people's profiles to send them messages. It's not a huge thing, but it does add more hassle to communicating and also messes up the tracking feature for mail sent back and forth.

I wanted to know if I am the only person this is happening to, and also if there is a way to alert a Mod.

They did just change the whole formatting on sending texts, and the box does look completely
different, but I've sent out quite a few this evening with no issues. Maybe they are still sorting out the kinks?

Happens to me, too. Won't even let me type in it or my journal. I think it involves the new text input and auto-text generation system.

We have resolved the issues. Everything should work properly now. If you have any more problems with it, please notify Support.

I think they have really messed up the email system here. I can see all the code in emails I receive and the emails I send and my emoticons I usually put at the end of the emails are showing as code now. Also, I can no longer use the spell checker in my google toolbar...grrrrrrr

I can no longer send messages at all now. I also don't have any idea how to contact support, which is one of the reasons I made a forum message in the first place.

The same interface that was giving me trouble in the replies has been added to people's profiles so i can't message them as it thinks I am trying to send a blank message.

When that happens, click okay and try to send again and see if that will work. Then contact support through the link at the bottom of most browser pages on the site.

Yes, the exact same thing is happening to me. I already informed them, but it is still happening.

To temporarly save your eyes from having to read all the html codes in your email
hit reply to it before reading and look above the post window.
It comes out clear as day...emoticons included.

There was another thread started since and I answered that, sorry. We are aware that everything is not peachy keen at this time, and truly appreciate everyone's patience. We are working on correcting it as quickly as possible.

:) If anyone is still experiencing issues, please write Support.

On a side note, has anyone noticed anything different when they hover over the picture icon when in "Read Mail" of the user that sent that mail??? Possibly some extra info on the window that pops up?

Incorrect answer Ms. Lockit. The "hover and preview" feature has been around for a few weeks now. The new info is similar to the "short profile info" that appears when you hover on the photo. Go back to your inbox and find a message from someone with a photo, and hover on the photo next to the unopened message.
