I've found that most beggars disappear quickly when I mention actually metting for a cup of coffee.

Yeah starting to think that Starbucks is a new brand of sub repellent.

peeking out to ask a simple question.....is there really a Dominant that begs?

pulling my cape around me and stepping back into the shadows to lurk

Well, let's just say that there are a heck of a lot of people out there calling themselves "Dominant" who beg.

We call those sorts "switches", not to detract from honest and above board sorts.

Let me further state it so. "Mean what you say,say what you mean. And let your deeds match your words."

LMAO, I found that to be so true that now I'll only meet people at munches or other places I plan to be already. I do not go out of my way for anyone!

~laughs hard as Fury baits us~

Well, that is another topic all together, i think.  Yes, i do truly believe that Dominants beg.  Gawd, i'm going to be jumped on for saying this.

Let's define the word beg, shall W/we?

Dictionary.com's definition...or at least one of them is: To ask earnestly for or of; entreat: begged me for help.

Now i ask Y/you honestly... do Domiants ask earnestly for or of someone?  Do they not, in essence, beg for submission.

~laughs and steps aside, waiting for the stampede~

LOL   genvive, I certainly have never heard a Dominant beg.  I've heard some men beg, yes; but not a Dominant...ever.  In fact, several of the ones I know don't even ask for submission, they expect it to be offered  ...when and if the time comes.

I agree though, with CD; whiners are never fun...regardless of the situation.

I was thinking the same thing.

I see no need for a Dominant to beg a sub for anythng.
