Status: offline 		I squeeze from the middle. Then when no more comes out I take my hairbrush and rub it upwards to get it all back near the top. I do that a couple of times and then I just buy a new toothpaste. My Dom has his own tube.

Status: offline 		I'm ADD, so I usually lose interest in brushing my teeth by the time I've picked up my toothbrush.  I just squeeze from wherever while admiring my wall tiles.

Then, after I brush my teeth, my OCD kicks in, and I squeeze it all to the top for about 10 minutes, making sure I get every last bit.  I'm convinced there's still some hiding right by the seam, so I think I might be paranoid too.  I'd ask my psychiatrist, but my other personality is talking to him right now, and I don't want to interrupt.  Besides, he's bipolar and tends to get violent when I butt in.

I squeeze  the top or middle, then when all done I push it to the top.
My son mutilates it and puts his death grip on the middle of it though. He now has his own tube.  

When I first saw this I thought it was gonna be a cbt thread--lmao.

Status: offline 		I admire you MissFern...i would love to squeeze from the middle...just once...but i can't...  I have to squeeze from the bottom and as the tube runs out, i start rolling the bottom up towards the top.  Oh and heaven forbid i start a new tube before the last little drop has been used from the old tube.
