Fifth tip. This has to do with what to do once you've made her acquaintance and spent some time with her. The inevitable question of how to "handle" today's modern woman in terms of contact. Today's modern woman is not like her predecessor...you remember them, the girls who needed you to call and show your interest. They are not afraid to call you. So, your way of dealing with them must be at the level of their predecessors. YOU must blow hot and cold. DON'T call the first day after a date. When you do call that first time, show your understanding of their busy life, your appreciation for their of need for romantic or silly conversational gestures and give them only 5-10 minutes of mundane, everyday conversation. Also tell her that she does not have to tell you whatg a great time she had...you KNOW she found your first evening together as enjoyable as you did and that she was left tingling on her walk home. (this shows the self-confident assurance with a hint of bad boy attitude that today's woman and today's submissive totally appreciates). Then, when she calls...and she will...don't answer the phone the first time, let the answering machine pick up. Wait at least 8 hrs to return her call. She will appreciate this as it shows her that you are busy making money too and living your life and doing all those thing that don't involve her.
Gentlemen, this approach will show your understanding of her busy life, her modernity, her "new-fashioned" submission and show her your dominance and lack of need to try and control everything. Again...win-win.  This works...trust me...I know that the few calls I used to get from submissives up to DOZENS now...DOZENS...since I have adapted the tips I am giving you. ~nods~

Except for the mundane conversation part. I try to avoid hemming and hawing, stick to humor and demands and then get off the phone.
I will sometimes call a girl and tell her to come over 3-4 times before she actually does. Give her time to adjust to the idea of coming on call.
Women do have busy lives, at least the ones that matter, so giving them time to make their busybodiness work for you is key. In the background they'll start telling their friends and whatnot "No, I'm expecting a call for Mr. X..." or words to that effect.
