NymphetamineGirl (love that nick) is correct in noting that there are typically adaptations that allow the interior of the vagina to change shape to accommodate larger, uh, tools - but often these things are the result of practice rather than theory. Angle has a lot to do with it, as others have noted, vagina's typically come in ventral and dorsal, i.e., if your vagina is located more towards the front of your body (ventral) missionary sill probably give you the deepest penetration, and put more pressure on your clitoris, doggie style will be more indirect, depending on how much you tilt your pelvis (lordosis), but it might stimulate your G-spot, if you have one, better. If your vagina is pointed more towards the rear, then doggie style will give you the deepest penetration and more clitorial contact, whereas missionary might hit your deep spot, should you have one, better, etc. The cervix itself, similarly, may be located either more square to the angle of the vaginal canal, or tilted a bit fore or back, which will affect things, although as NymphetamineGirl has pointed out, it's capable of "moving aside", getting out of the way, so to speak, in some women. I suggest getting a fairly long dildo, like one of those double headed ones, and probing around - they use a series of graduated size dildos to stretch out women suffering from Vaginisimus, and it's the same principle: push the dildo in as far as you can, try to find a spot, probably above your cervix, that is comfortable, and see if you can stretch it - you might experience some discomfort, but eventually, you may be able to "train" your vagina to accept those deeper thrusts without undue pain.
