I feel Blue.... Early blues fans, try some leadbelly(aka Huddie leadbetter). blind willie johnson(Check him out, really good stuff) Lucille Bogan(some Really Dirty songs,makes lady gaga look tame, and it's from 1935) Robert Johnson Some more "modern" stuff Booker White(some one tell him his guitar aint drums lol) Sonny Terry(something tells me this dude got an amazing amount of ass for a blind guy) Lightnin Hopkins(yes, people talked dirty back in the fifties too) nother one to throw in, John Fahey(prettiest guitar work I've ever heard)

Probably one of the stand out 1970's stuff had to be Pink Floyd's The Wall. I still love that! The movie was a little weird, but the music was great. Lately, I've been listening to my John Denver....don't know why, possibly because it's actually one of the few singers that I can sing with and don't make the cats shriek and run off! Meat Loaf is another fave of mine...I have all 3 Bat cd's.....well, the Bat out of Hell, The Back into Hell, and the Monster is Loose cd.....I'd love to see him in concert! Depending on my mood, I'll sit for hours and listen the the songs I grew up with......revisiting old memories......the music is like an old friend.

Run DMC. Love their stuff. Pepper, Presidents of the United States of America, Afroman...they're all good. Not underground or anything. But their music all makes me happy.
