My final word on this is. I hope the monarchy remains because if and when it goes, I believe this country will be unrecognizable as we see it today and not in a good way.

From what I've previously read over the years, a load of blokes had already fingered his mum's ring, and they seem to have done ok, so it'll hopefully all be fine.

As we know the date is April 29 and its going to be at Westminster Abbey. But what does a public holiday mean in England? " It means a Bank Holiday, so everyone gets the day off. Apart from essential services like Policemen, etc, who will be on treble or more time, so having fun too. Personally, I'll be leaving people to watch the happy leeches/couple, and digging my bike out - the roads will be deserted, if Di's funeral was anything to go by. What an excellent day that was - not a thing on the roads.
