If the liberals started things off at the 'well educated, Master's degree, level of education', that would imply Sarah Palin had the brain power to match. Most of her head capacity is devoted (religiously I might add) to her ego. As such, people resort to her at the gutter level, so she can keep up with the conversations. If we allowed her into a real, serious, and in-depth discussion on economics, what would she really contribute to the forum? Absolutely nothing of worth.
Sarah Palin appeals greatly to the lowest common demoninator in this country. The people who STILL believe 9/11 was in in-side job, JFK was assassinated by the mafia, we didn't land on the moon, and George W. Bush actually found WMDs in Iraq. These are the people that throw science out the door (while using all the technology created from it) in favor of religion. They dont like being held accountable, but DEMAND, everyone else be.
To make an analogy...
Sarah Palin is to America, what Mr. Morden was to Babylon 5.
