Why is it that of the perhaps 15 or so posters here who are on the left, the vast majority tend to resort to personal attacks, while the 1 or 2 posters on the right make generally reasoned arguments (albeit with a dash of sarcasm at times).
Relax Folks, she's not running and is laughing all the way to the bank every time a liberal on TV invokes her name and keeps her in the news.
She does a great job at articulating Conservative principals and makes a ton of money for GOP candidates. That would be enough, but it's such fun to watch how she can still make liberal commentators (and CM posters, apparently) go apoplectic with a 2 line observation on Facebook. Amazing.
Well it's like this, say there's two groups in a park on a nice sunny day.
The first group is Obama's and they're all sitting around him quietly listening to him making one of those long boring "idealogue" speeches for an hour and a half like Fidel Castro. Some of them may even have gone to Cuba to help the proletariot with the sugar cane harvest between semesters at Yale or Harvard.
They intently suck up very word from their "leader." "I think that,........we should,...........allcometogetherontheseissues!"
The other group is Palin's. They have hotdogs, hamburgers, beer and and three live bands playing. Palin isn't preaching she's working the crowd shaking hands, kissing babies and having a great time! This group is smiling.
Obama's rocket went way up in 2007 and started to come down in 2008. Palin's rocket went up in 2007 and is still going up.
The first group see's Palin's group having a blast while they're sitting around listening to their leader and getting sunburned. Some of them have to go to the bathroom but dare not because there's no porta-potties for this group and they'd have to go over to Palin's side and use those and be exposed to "the great unwashed" and people who,....."may not have a "degree" from Harvard, Yale, or Columbia!"
Better to crap in their pants than to get up and walk away and be thought of as disrespectfull to the leader!
They know that Palin is much more popular than Obama now that Americans have seen the true Obama!
Now, they can't understand their obsession with Obama but they continue it anyway, afterall, they're the "smart people!"
You know, this may be "Obama derangement syndrome."
Which of the two groups would you rather be in the park with on a nice sunny day?
