I have an interesting, I guess you would say tribal tattooing technique. First I have to apologize for my spelling, and second, if anyone tries this, it's not my fault!! The inuits (I believe) Take ash covered thread and needle and run it under the skin. Once it heals it leaves a tattoo like mark.
I think it's an interesting idea, but I can't imagian ever doing it. I intend on being covered with tattoos one day, but I don't think this is something I ever plan to try. I just always thought it was interesting and wanted to share.

In My Indian and
African culture tobacco
ash has been rubbed
into body alterations
to raise up the skins
healings for centuries.
Jus another tribal custom.
