Steven, the Dems already have a "beverage" party, it's called "The Kool-Ade Party.
It's just like alcohol, you drink it and you get stupid.

Pops, I'm gonna say that's the fire blackened pot calling the new kettle black... Seriously, the early followers of Rush called themselves "Dittoheads"

You know "Ditto Rush"

They were too unimaginative or just plain IGNORANT to come up with a thought of their own so they would just call his show and say "ditto"

Were you one of tem?

Now Hill I know you are concerned with the truth, so you need to be corrected.

You have the ditto thing wrong. lots of callers would start thier calls with little diatribes about how pleased they were to be on the phone, and giving compliments to Rush. So they started just saying Ditto THEN getting to thier points. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Rush_Limbaugh_Show#Jargon

It is used as an insult by some folks. They change the meaning and use it as an attack. Like your doing. Some know and do it anyway, others are simply ignorant of the term.

Regardless of what wiki says. I used to LISTEN to Rush 20 years ago.

The Tea Party succeeded in getting the GOP's ear in November.  They splintered the party and threatened the GOP's cohesiveness.

Now a Democratic version is emerging.  Hispanics have felt taken for granted by the Dems and ignored by the GOP.  Nobody here needs to be reminded that Hispanics are a large bloc and growing quickly.  http://www.lasvegassun.com/news/2010/nov/28/leaders-swirl-around-idea-tequila-party/

God dammit I was hoping we were gonna talk about drinking.

Tawny port for meeeeee!

I have to admit though this one was really funny:

Then you know that I and wiki are correct.

You can pretend otherwise if it makes you feel good

The favorite dem spin and brainfart....the Laugher Curve and the economic growth ONLY associated with lower marginal tax rates RAISE REVENUE to the government.... Democrats have to dispel this in order to achieve their REAL program of stealing the wealth of the nation and handing it out in small drivels to dummies who vote for democrats.... Anything other than wealth transfer is not on the Obama radar.... well it ain't gonna work simply because the dems cannot restart the economy on a tax increase and that alone will throw their ass's out of power come 2012...it is a CERTAINTY....lie and spin ...lie and spin is ALL the dems have.... their socialist agenda has proven over and over and over to fall flat on its ass....but they keep wanting to find a way to steal what does NOT belong to the government.... pure and simple.... ain't gonna happen....not now...not ever!!! Count on it!!!!

It is 'Laffer Curve' (an idea first sketched out upon a bar napkin for Dick Cheney, and never much actually tested after) roundly hyperbolized by certain itinerant insurance peddlers, but nobody who has done their thesis on it.

And ad nauseAm ('a' like in nausea which is what it is describing)
