I am SO not going to that journal.

Yanno... some folks deserve the fallout from the choices they make. If this gal is getting MEALS from her parents, and they are blissfully unaware of her other shit? Well, enough said.

WOW...there are so any things wrong and you are choosing to focus on losing weight. IF that is truly what you want to focus on then at least focus on it in a rational manner.

I have a car that is 11 years old. I have fixed many things on the car and there is still stuff that needs fixing. I focus on fixing the items that keep in running not things like waxing it because it isn't shiny.

To me it seems like you need to focus on the inside of you first. Mentally get yourself in shape and I think the rest will follow or at least be easier to deal with.

Just my batty opinion though.

Seriously tho please get help for your basics(housing, food, bills, medical) wether its welfare or whatever. Ive been there its hell on your entire life. I wish you good luck and some wise choices

Duh.  I forgot to mention this and it's BASIC.  However, it may not be thyroid.  I was positive I had a sluggish thyroid and it turned out to be diabetes.  Just get a blood test - there's gotta be a place local that will do it for free.

I want to loose 100 pounds in four months. What is the safest way to do this? I would like to donate my skin to a burn center after the weight comes off. ~Slave Maranda~

Sorry for coming late to the show -- life on the 3d side of the screen has been hectic!

As I mentioned in an another thread, losing this much weight this quickly is neither safe, nor healthy. I don't know what your starting weight is, but I would speak with a physician first and find out whether 100 lbs is even a realistic goal for weight loss for you. From there, you'll need to get medical testing to find out whether there are areas that might pose particular dangers for you.

It is both possible and safe to lose more than .5-2lbs a week, depending on where you're at. I started out 18 months ago at around 450 lbs, and am under 300 now -- but it's not been a bed of roses. I've tried the "quick off" stuff (including weight loss surgery, which didn't work NEARLY as well as they'd told me it would, and was NOT permanent), and ended up just gaining the weight back, plus 10-20%, within a year or two of losing it all -- talk about frustrating!!!

This time around, I opted for health, rather than size. I started with a program that combined whole-body fitness (also called "functional fitness") and a whole-foods-centered nutritional plan based on metabolic typing -- I've dropped over 150 lbs in the past year, and am still losing consistently at an average of 3-5 lbs per week, which is pretty impressive after a year.

Starving yourself will NOT result in lasting weight loss, and impaired nutrition aggravates cravings, so finding a healthy nutritional plan that you can sustain and including increased physical activity is really the only way to effect lasting change on your body. It's going to take work, consistency, and a willingness to accept the ebb and flow of your body -- anything else will just put you further out of kilter, and make it that much harder to bounce back down the road.

What's your current situation?  If you eat nothing but deep fried Twinkies, then I can make an obvious suggestion.

Eat well.  Lots of veggies and salads.  Do not eat the same stuff, but just less of it - change what you eat.

Exercise is good.

If you drink, quit.

Nooooooooooooo!!! I agree it's very difficult to drop flab whilst drinking, but I have nothing but sympathy for anyone who likes a few sherberts on a Friday night AND wants to lose fat.

For me, the eeriest part of the OP's life is her devotion to this man while she "Begs for food", as one respondant put it. Because few things on Earth are more beautiful than unswerving devotion by a slave to her Master, it's almost distressing to see that dirtied by a man who, to put it mildly, is such a poor leader. I don't really give CM much thought when I'm not on it, but this situation is going to be an exception. Like I said, begging for food not for show, but out of actual NEED - eerie.

OP - ask your master if you can enlist a friend's help in losing weight. Make sure your friend knows a bit about diet and what foods are good for what.
