I run around with boat shoes or moccasins because of the swelling. I am usually barefooted when I am at home. For Christmas, I am giving myself a pedicure. If a top tries to make me submit and if it affects my health, I will let you know...

I am always barefoot if I can legally get away with it and am known for walking around in stores in my comfy slippers. To get around the must have shoes on policy. I have been known to walk barefoot in the snow. How exactly does this help in my training as a submissive OP?

I don't know, Aqua.....lately it seems like the places I need to go aren't in the GPS or when I Google the location, it's miles away from where they really are! Not good when you have to be someplace for a job interview, and spend 20 minutes just driving around in circles to find the damn building! The way construction is around here, it can literally change overnight......which can make rush hour veeerrrrrrry interesting! [8D]

In those cases, I find it very helpful to call the place where I need to be and figure out what big name brand stores are nearby. Then I call them for directions. [:D]

I actually did get the company people on the phone, but the problem was two fold...the folks I was actually talking to are in Georgia, not Jacksonville, and the landmarks that were supposed to be there WEREN'T! I finally located the unmarked, unnumbered building. Fortunately, the interviewer had only been told a few minutes before I got there that I was coming. The people in Georgia had no phone number for the gentleman I was to see here in J'ville. That's the only downfall of dealing with recruiters rather than the actual compnay representative. But it worked out okay, I spoke to the lady this am, she's waiting for the drug test results, and then I'll have a start date. WOOT!
