Gosh Lisa! If you got hate mail over that little quip and in this little fun thread that was going on, I hate to think of the hate mail that flies on other topics. I'm with you. A forum board open to the public is no place to let your emotions get the best of you. Besides...your little post made me think of Garth, who doesn't praise the Lord but counts on his friends when he's down. For me it was a good thing. Merry Christmas! Cant be done. Live tissues can't be observed under an EM. I was doing crystallography/materials science at the time, not biological.

I dont care what people say about red necks- a good many of them have survival skills that city slickers will never have. Like any group-- take the good- and discount the bad. In the end we all bleed red.

I'm a real estate broker jst. I HATE to see folks fall for the dog and pony show and buy a manufactured home. The damn things DEPRECIATE and if the salesman says different, he's lying thru his tooth. Around here, you can get a decent house (new or almost so) for what you pay for a doublewide and lot and septic and water hook up. People still buy the damn things and then, a few years later when they want to sell, I have to be the one that gives them the bad news that "it isnt worth what you owe on it" and that is in a GOOD market. Of course, that makes ME the asshole, not the lying salesman. In this county, mobiles are about 5% of the total housing market but they are over 50% of the total foreclosures. Not good numbers if you live in one.
