Soul, it's never my desire to make her suffer, you make it sound like I enjoy this predicament. I CAN'T afford to take her, when I say I can't, it's not like I can't because I can't get her there, or I can't because someone said not to take her, or some other piddly excuse people usually mean when they say " I can't" I can't because there's litterally no money to go, the last 4 or 5 months my bank account is either empty I can't make payments on any of my bills, and I am so far in over draft it looks like a lil kid scribbled on my account with red pen or I had 5 dollars left. Certainly not 130 for an emergency visit. Daddy can't pay to take her either, He's down to nearly nothing to, and we don't qualify for the credit card plan the vet offers, and they don't take payments. You can't get blood out of a turnip, or water from a bone dry well. You know and I know, that with out money, or a credit card, or some form of payment, the Dr's wouldn't see her. What do you think I can do, I go in and say oh please dr, I know I have no money and I can't possibly pay you, but would you please, please, treat her for free for me , because it's the holidays and we're special, and you should be overjoyed to treat her for absolutely no money, with no idea when you'll get your money? Yeah right, No money, no credit card no way to pay, no services. They're not a charity, they're not going to treat her for no money. They'd tell me they're sorry my dog is sick, but there's nothing they will do with out money. So please do not make it sound like I am choosing not to help her. It breaks my heart I can't or he can't pay to have her seen with out begging money from my dad, who has his own bills and woes he has to worry about, with out bailing his daughter's bf's pet out of a hospital bill jam. we took her to the vet, my dad paid for her bill. and it's good news, the bruising in her tummy isn't serious, he says . He said the swelling from the tumors is pressing on the skin and blood vessels making her bruise. He gave us some anti inflamitory cream and said watch her for the discoloration worsening, and other than that she's doing well, the lumps are not getting bigger, her breathing sounds fine, as far as can be expected, the eye redness that so concerned us last time is alot better, and she's eating an drinking, so that's not a concern. It's a huge relief and weight off my heart! We were all pretty afraid it was internal bleeding or some impending sign of death.
