OP Often times our fantasy appetites are far greater than our capacities. Assholes (and I'm talking about the part of our body here, not the part of our community) have a memory--a really bad experience and the muscles in your anus are likely to remember that for quite some time, and make your future encounters more problematic. Give your butthole a "happy memory" and you'll be able to build upon that experience. I come from the school of "too much lube is almost enough"--lots of water based lube, nothing fancy--and I second the suggestion of starting small. Use your own fingers to start if you can reach--be sure your nails are trimmed. Or for more fun, have her play with your butt. Remember that butts have that mysterious "tractor beam" that sucks things in--which to you means that if you enjoy anal penetration, and your muscles relax, you can take more in, the more aroused you get. That said, items can get lost in the butt....and this can be a truly serious situation. So..... spare yourself the trip to the ED, please. Use toys designed specifically for the butt--butt plugs and dildoes with flared bases--they should be smooth, well-lubed and I always suggest putting a condom on them for easy cleanup later. Assholes (like the people variety) can be temperamental--it's not a race or a contest to see how much, how fast. Take your time, go slow and if it doesn't feel good, don't force it. And for the love of all things living, don't be "that guy" that puts all sorts of exotic things in your butt. I've seen (and heard) it all, and I have compassion for these patients....but I want to slap them later. No bottles, lightbulbs, barbie dolls or anything else that doesn't belong there. I don't care how good it feels--you are playing emergency room roulette. Communicate with your partner about what feels good and what doesn't. There's nothing wrong with starting off small, and working your way up to something bigger if you choose....or just staying with something small that feels right. Have fun and enjoy yourself!
