Also interesting, to me, that the prosecutor is female.

At least she isn't black.

Its a shame the guy has to be charged with hacking just to get rid of the dumb bitch.

I hear that the prosecutor is a Muslim and may also be a part time traffic warden.

DarkSteven -> RE: Shared PC and Emails (12/28/2010 7:51:56 AM)

She's controversial in at least one other case:

The divorce was filed for... by her depending on the source... once the father of the child filed for permanent custody.

Man, this is a multilayered issue.

Lucylastic -> RE: Shared PC and Emails (12/28/2010 7:58:58 AM)

I think he is well rid of her to be honest, no matter who filed...I  have to admit, the underlying  legal game by lawyers  is not something I even wanna think about.

She probably listens to the Dixie Chicks and likes movies by Michael "factchecker" Moore as well.

Seems she also refused to prosecute an embezzler... Attorney Paul Nicoletti. She has many complaints against her. Anyone else surprised to learn that she has held this position since 2009?
.

Moonhead -> RE: Shared PC and Emails (12/28/2010 9:01:17 AM)

Has she ever poked a badger with a spoon, though?

DarkSteven -> RE: Shared PC and Emails (12/29/2010 8:25:02 AM)

Update:  Husband claims that his wife had previously given him her password for him to read her emails and that she had not changed it since. http://www.cnn.com/2010/CRIME/12/29/michigan.hacking.spouse/index.html?hpt=T2

If so, she could be on the hook for filing a false report.

truckinslave -> RE: Shared PC and Emails (12/29/2010 8:28:24 AM)

We know this, how?
It matters to you, how?

If they were married when he peeked then it is legal.  If they were divorced when he peeked then it is not.  A married couple is considered one person.

This came on- when my neighbor and I was watching TV- and she thinks it is stupid too.  She went on to say her husband was allowed to read her mail- but she was not allowed to read his.   Things worked abit differently in that generation...she says.

Nope.  For certain purposes, dealing with outside entities, that is true.  It does not hold for matters between the two of them.  If so, all domestic violence charges committed within marriage would be nonexistent.

I'll be breathlessly awaiting your legal citation for this.

chuckles.   I know this because I filed a complaint against my grandfather who opened a letter I sent to my grandmother.   Nothing could be done as they were married.  It was a mute point.

tazzygirl -> RE: Shared PC and Emails (12/29/2010 11:20:05 AM)

Its not a moot ... and the word is moot, not mute... point. She would have to file the complaint.

I'm not sure about how legit that one is, tazzy.  All the references to Nicoletti were on a private site from someone with an axe to grind.  Not saying it's false, but unless the MSM mentions it, I'm not taking a stance.

That letter was a private communication. It caused 20 years of trouble.

It all has blown over now. But at the time- it was upsetting for everyone.

tazzygirl -> RE: Shared PC and Emails (12/29/2010 11:53:38 AM)

The letter belongs to the person it was sent too... not the sender.

Happily it is all in the past.

The OP had installed a hacking program on the computer- that is different then using someones password that it left out in a note by the computer. So on that- he is guilty.
