Jesus H. Fucking Christ! The climate is changing because that’s what it always does! It had been changing since day one and will continue to change until that last day of planet Earth! It warms, then it cools, then it warms, then it cools again. Running around in a panic screaming “the climate is changing” makes about as much sense as running around in a panic screaming “there’s oxygen in the air!” Well duh!

And then there’s the bullshit about whether or not humans affect the climate. Well of course we do, dumbasses! We are a part of nature, not above and aloof from it! Every living thing on Earth affects the climate! Every time you breathe you are affecting the climate!
And some of you dim bulbs actually believe we can do something about it by driving pansy-assed cars and sorting through our garbage? What exactly is your goal? Is it to reverse the (maybe) warming trend? Suppose you were to actually succeed (personally, I give you about as much chance as reversing the Earth’s orbit), what then? What happen when it gets too cold? Do we trade in our Hybrid for a Ford Explorer? Perhaps you think we can stop climate change altogether? Well lots of fucking luck. While you’re at it, could you stop it from raining on weekends?
And another thing… I’m sick and tired of people who point to hot weather or cold weather as proof for or against global warming. Do you dingle berries want to know why it is cold and snowing out? BECAUSE IT’S FUCKING WINTER YOU MORONS! A few months from now it will start to warm up and rain (it’s called Spring) and after that it will get hot out (around my parts, we call that Summer)!
I’ve nothing against anti-pollution laws but clean air, water and land are reason enough! We don’t need a bunch of arrogant, ignorant, busy bodies lecturing us about what cars we drive because they’re worried that there will be palm trees growing in NYC next year. A thousand years from now? Ten thousand? Maybe there will be but so the fuck what? That’s climate change for you. Where I sit now as I write this, was once buried under a mile of ice and will be again some day (unless the environmental wackos have a plan to stop the next ice age).
