My dad was a domineering (not Dominant) sexist, racist, hypocritical, egocentric bigot and my mother was/is a passive, bleeding heart type doormat. We're talking nonconsensual here of course.

And I gotta say, YES! It influenced Me!!!!

my father's word was law.

i was raised in a very traditional family with emphasis on the "old country" and how American families lacked tradition and respect, and how feminism destroyed the family.

My mom and dad had a equal partnership...I was just born with a submissive personality, my sister has the dominant personality.

My mother runs the household, finances, most things really. My father cooks every meal and basically agrees with her.My mother creates the arguments and my father fixes the problem, bit of a peace keeper in the house. No kink but they're relatively sexually liberal. Influence me? Definetly!

My father is a sub, my step mother is a Domme. When i came out to them, my stepmom couldn't wait to show me her clothes etc, my dad was freaked out. I found out about them when i was 13 but went on and married a 'nilla. It wasn't until years later that i realized i needed this in my life and here i am. Now, my only issue is when i ran into them twice at a party so now we have boundaries ~grins~ They have their area and i have mine. IF i ever planned on going into their territory i HAVE to let them know. My dad is NOT comfy with me and him at the same party ~smiles~ ..we have a better relationship now then we ever did before so i am glad this happened.

my mom is about 6ft my step dad was a lil over 5ft....mom was a sub dad was a dom....no questions about it....my brother is gay...my sister lives in a Dom/sub relationship....and i have been married to two very strong women...vinilla Dommes.....don't know were my needs above wanting to serve come from.....yes i think they influenced me

Nope, my parents marriage is most definitely a partnership. I am quite weird though. Day to day I am dominant about most things, and when I woalk into a room it naturally becomes mine. In relationships however, I am very submissive, and I am not at all comfortabke being dominant. I'm not quite sure what that makes me.

I find myself drowning in your gaze, and longing for the time when I can respond with no artistry, but mere craving.
