But, RF, lets take this a step further. If he was walking around naked, in his own house, and people took photos, they would be screaming "invasion of privacy" regardless of the fact that, in order to have said "privacy" all one needs is to drawn the blinds or close the curtains. I dont care what anyone does within their own home. But, remember this, when all of you are claiming your privacy is just that when the world can look into your windows... Kill a man inside your home, in full view of those open windows, and see how much privacy you have then.

As i stated before... if he had not moved from window to window... if his roommate had not testified that he warned this guy before he was ever seen.... lots of "if's" to say this was "accidental"

Maybe you ought to know what you're blathering on about? I grew up on a clothing optional beach community. It was not uncommon to see guys naked except for sandals go into the grocery store. But they didn't sport hard ons and it wasn't in full view of a school bus site. I went to Germany a lot when much younger, but I can't remember ever seeing naked people on the streets of Hamburg. Naturalist communities, sure, but the rules there are known before you enter.

Did you read the article or the reference thread? Some of these kids were seven years old. I'd have to wonder what in the hell was wrong with any man who would rather buy a gun so he could threaten a child rather than just closing a freaking curtain.

My second post on this thread was asking if someone could post the link to the old thread because it was blatantly obvious that somebody commenting on the thread didn't know what in the hell she was talking about. Go back to the original thread. It shows the house and the places the accused was said to be standing.
