This thread has opened my eyes a bit. I've sent one liners too, but not usually all ME ME ME, something like, if someone's thing is I'm looking for people that like duct tape or something. And i'll do a one liner along the lines of OMG i love duct tape too!. And then expecting a response lol. Makes sense now why no response. I'm sincere in my messages, but now it makes sense why they're ignored. Will keep that in mind for future messages (of the tiny amount that I send anyhow)

big thank you to the OP for posting this ^^ I sometimes feel that i can see this issue from both sides. the men feel isolated at the lack of response or feedback, and increasingly resort to more desperate tactics. From their point of view it seems justified. however since creating Nanako, my views on the matter hanged a lot. I don't get quite th volume that a cis female does (maybe abuot a quarter of it) but i get exactly the same sort of content. Lame come-ons for people millions of miles away, the occasional dom with an empty profile that demands obedience in the first message, etc. The big problem ultimately is a lack of information. I think something can and should be done about it. First of all i would say we need one of these experiments made public, with appropriate commentary from the author pointing out the hundreds of flaws in them. Then everyone can create a custom quick response that says something like "this is why i'm not replying to you " with a link to the above experiment Maybe some people will be too silly to understand or get the message, but i know there are a lot of people who are sincere but just shy or clueless, and would be greatly helped by seeing a taste of what women have to cope with. Heal the world's stupidity, one man at a time ^.^
