would you feel better if I used the word monarch?  Comeback is but the monarch is only a figurehead
counter comeback is yeh well the monarch transferred interest into the crown (aristocracy club)
counter counter comeback is yah but the monarch has no power

counter counter counter comeback is bs the monarch has power through the crown and the monarch write bills and unless unlawful to a point they would be embarrassed they get passed.

ah nice talking with you!  LOL

I just thought I'd better check that you don't believe George III is still running the country. You don't seem to have noticed much else that's changed since the American revolution, after all, and this incessant talk about a nonexistant King made me wonder.

People seem to win less when times are hard, I've noticed this. It comes down to a cost decision i.e. how much does it cost to fight the case versus how much does it cost to pay him off. In comparison veterans are still awaiting payments for being exposed to nuclear testing. If there were only five of them, like the ones wrongly held in Cuba, then they'd have got what they deserve. It isn't always about justice mostly it seems to be about strategic accounting.

That's the problem nobody does anything for principle anymore. When you think that you are on the side of right you should stick your neck out and stand by it.

It has EVERYTHING to do with monetary policy.

Today happens to be the 150 year anniversary 1st shots fired- civil war.

Leaving British rule was predominately over monetary policy- visa-vi a central bank.

Our Constitution is our road map.

We are not subjects- but a sovereign people.   (maybe)

//PS  after focusing on food- I bought a few more oz of silver this week. Yay for me.

So called patriots have no clue of the fraud that has perpetrated upon them.

In law - in britain - freedom is when someone is institutionalized.

Its in their law books.

Now here is the kick in the teeth.

America and the rest of britains imperial empire is built on brit law.

They pretend law fades away but it never does.

Even my state constitution it says the ORIGINAL organic brit law is still in effect back to 1215!

So we come to america, claim we are free, turn to the law and find out we are institutionalized and have no remedy what so ever "in law".

Anyone can make the claim but try living it, you cant because you cannot prove it in law and if you do you will end up with the exact opposite, that you are in fact a slave!

If you uppity colonials are still living under Britannic law, doesn't that mean you owe us a couple of centuries worth of tea tax?

I doubt anybody would be foolish enough to try, Steven. That was just the most obvious fallacy in R0's stance I could think of. I'm sure there's loads more for those who've studied constitutional law in more detail than I have.

what you do not understand here is that living under britanic law and living "directly" under the jurisdiction of britain are entirely different things.

However britain does as in the crown does get plenty of tax money because they bankrupted well more correctly put this country in severe debt in 1776 as a result of the revolutionary war that the king funded I might add and we never paid it off, went bankrupt when lincoln was in  and officially went bankrupt on book in 1933 as you can see in roosevelts declarations in like 4 EO's.

We pay interest to the crown HUGE interest on the fiat money, that is why every president that ever tried to put on gold or silver again was shot.

Here I will take that one step further to demonstrate the difference between a private education and your public school education.

we owed a debt to the king in 1776, as said above

now approx 70 years comes lincoln, unlawful reconstruct and unlawful 14th and amends thereafter

now approx 70 years later comes FDR

Now approx 70 years later comes 911

Oh my things are starting to look a bit simple arent they?

The only problem is that your public education never taught you what the tie in is so you have no clue what is significant about what I just said.

Anyone want to take a shot and go for the gold star?  Except hunk and T that is.  LOL

here again as usual stand on the old soap box and call names and as usual people who do this NEVER can make a substantial claim for their conclusions that goes right to the merits of the matter.

think of it like this.

If microsoft writes the manual of what can be done with your dos based OS it does not matter how many generations later or different clothes they put on it the body is still the same.

If there are no provisions for something in the body and that body is stil recognized as the basis for the law you are fucked plain and simple.

Just like land titles there is no basis for our version of land title, nor is there for freedom so read it and weep!

Peopl e like yourselves will continue calling the government idiots as they fuck you left and they fuck you right, while people like myself will sit back and chuckle because we have that eye to see saying just the opposite and how diabolically ingenious they are in how well they play the fools.

People like me tend to join them so we can cash in while you scoffers pay baby fucking pay!  LOL

You keep quoting British law and despite me constantly asking for a link or two, have failed to produce any, not just recently but period. I wont hold my breath waiting for you to justify this, or the earlier comment (below)  about freedom in the UK.

"In law - in britain - freedom is when someone is institutionalized." << This is so stupid that only you could have posted it.

pops why do you have to bring out the radical in me ? I actually have a hanging rope with two nooses attached, one is a thirteen loop. Somebody told it was illegal, so of course it is on display in my kitchen. Problem here is my fast car days are over. I haven't even had a V8 since about 1993. But the Jimmy has a Vortec and it will get rubber. Think it's fast enough ?

T

Term, I have a 3.7 litre v-6 vortec in the Lincoln and it goes like a bastard! Plenty fast enough to pull that blob in the picture around the block 2,000 times so he shucks 300 lbs!
The differance is that you or me might have a coffee and one or two blueberry or corn muffins for breakfast but that fat bastard wants to eat a dozen or two dozen muffins and blame someone else when he gets fat! How the fuck does that work?
The national health board "didn't do enough" to help him?
What if they locked him in a cell for three months and fed him 3 meals a day of 1,500 calories? Now *that* would be enough help and he'd probably look like a normal human being but he'd probably want to sue someone over that too. It's rediculous.

I agree.  We need to kick the monetarists Benedict Arnold s out of the US once and for all.

We do not want your Maritime law, you UCC law, and most of all- we do not want your Napoleonic law.

You should be shovelling snow right now- because your last 20 posts have been a snow job.   An agent of turning the US over to the class system.  argh.
