Each person is different so I wouldn't say it is because of sensitivity. What one person finds sensitive another has little sensitivity to.

Personally, it doesn't put dread in me at all. Now change that to feet and my reaction is something different!

Lemme tell ya a little something I learned repeatedly over years of sparring... Just cause women don't have balls doesn't mean we won't roll around on the floor if we get hit hard between the legs.

That shit fucking hurts. So, while I'd say it's safe to say it's varying degrees of both depending on the person, don't underestimate the sheer agony factor of blows to the vulva. I adjust the force and duration to the affect it has on the vulva...I like it hot red but not black/violet, but in any case it's far from tickling.

I love it, because of both of the reasons listed. So it makes sense to me that both factors would be in effect with other women, to varying degrees.
