To the OP. So, why do you think we have heard nothing from Todd Palin eh?

The stupid whore must have accidentally married a liberal.

In the first few moments after the killing rampage in Arizona, liberals were running to microphones and computer terminals to accuse an innocent woman of being responsible for what a mentally unbalanced nutcase did.

In the first few HOURS after the killing on 4/19/1995, conservatives were running to microphones and computer termials (and radio talk shows) to accuse Muslims of being responsible for what a pair of militia-men nutcases did.

Sarah Palin had nothing to do with this, and while liberals seem to be genetically incapable of feeling shame, you'd think they would've thought twice before accusing a happily married mother of five, a former governor and vice-presidential candidate, of being responsible in any way for this atrocity. But no, that's too much to hope for, since everything is political to a liberal. Any opportunity to smear conservatives, no matter how groundless or sleazy.

Sarah Palin's language and speechs have much to do with events. Now, if that person were a right-wing, Tea Bagging, idiot, she would not be the only person held completely accountible for her actions/words, just the most well known. Some how I doubt you have really sat down, and really listen (not hear, listen), to what this woman says. Hearing a speech is a passive skill, but listening, is active. Someone with critical thinking skills can easy tell Mrs. Palin is dangerous to America.

Isn't it rather hypocritical to state this, when in fact, your whole post is one large, smear against liberals? The funny part is, that you just dont even realize it.

My question is - where are the men?

Yes, Sarah Palin needs people to protect her, because she cant protect herself. Doesn't she have a few firearms? Saying often to 'Dont Retreat, Reload!"? Now, who is tougher? Sarah Palin or Mrs Hillary Clinton? I recall a few years ago, Men's Health magazine did a thing of the 'top 100 toughest men'. Hillary Clinton ranked 34th, beating out a stunt driver that's been in 426 auto-wrecks and a guy that was shot eight times! Sarah Palin isn't innocent. Maybe in your fantasy world, where she kills giant-sized, rampaging attack tigers one handed with an M99 Barretts. In reality, she is about as responible with her words and actions as that guy who attack Rep. Giffords a short time ago.

Is it any wonder many people consider liberalism to be a mental disorder? The intellectual dishonesty is breath-taking.

Actually, in the news a few months ago, a study was published (and since been retested with similar results), that conservatives seem to be at greater risk for Depression, then those who claim to be 'moderates' or 'liberals'. Seems that, liberals tend to be more socialable and conservatives, quite 'lone-wolf' types. Maybe you could show us in the DSM-IV, how being 'liberal' is a disorder. You do know what the 'DSM-IV' is without looking it up right? Since you are trying to state conservatives are 'intellectually honest'.

It would have been heartening to see some strong Alpha Men stand up and defend Sarah from these false accusations, but no - she is left to fend for herself. What a disgrace. Is this what manhood has been reduced to?

I guess your not a '...strong Alpha Man...' either. As you have a whole post to defend Sarah Palin, and yet, piss away the chance. Manhood isn't about politics only! For someone that claims they are '...intellectually honest...' (as opposed to those evil and dirty liberal scum!), I would think you would understood what makes up 'manhood'.

I don't expect Obama or Sheriff Dupnik to act like gentlemen towards a conservative woman - it isn't in them to do so. To them, everything is political, and if their buddies in the media land some blows on a conservative, whether character assassination or something else, they remain silent and ultimately complicit in the blood libel.

It's 'Mr. Obama' or more widely known and respected as 'President Obama'. Funny how you attack liberals for not being nice and considerate, and yet, you go and do the exact same thing! We have a word for that in the English language: hypocrite. There are times President Obama is political, as it does come with the Oval Office. More often, he's a calm, considerate, educated-minded, and intelligent. A 'gentleman' is one that seeks to make those around them, as comfortable as possible, regardless of how dire the situation is. That sounds more like 'President Obama' then 'Sarah Palin'. He has his limits like every other Homo Sapien on the planet. To be honest, when I think of 'character assassination' or 'something else', 'President Obama' doesn't come immediately to mind. Heck, neither does former President George W. Bush. 'Sarah Palin', 'Glenn Beck', 'Rush Limbaugh', and even 'Rep. Michelle Bachmann' actually do.

BTW, who is 'Sheriff Dupnik'? I mean, you just got done railing liberals for and I quote, '...character assassinations...'.

If a liberal woman was being attacked and vilified, that would be different - then they'd suddenly be "outraged" about how a "good woman" was being treated.

An who is this 'liberal woman' we are talking about? Or is it another one of your 'fantasies'?

I'm very disappointed in both conservative and liberal men, who should've risen up and condemned this outrageous slander, but for some reason, didn't.

Someone that wanted to be Vice President of the United States of America (and possible President, cus McCain died from stress), should have known what the 'Bush Doctrine' was while running for office. Since then, this person has repeatly shown a lack of knowledge on science, education, foreign policy, health care, technology, biology, economics, social graces, and even how to shoot a dumb animal in one shot. She parades her kids around for political points, and then slams anyone that uses her kids for political points. Her husband isn't exactly an 'all American kinda of guy', since he did advocate removing Alaska from the bottom Forty-Nine. Her eldest daughter got third place in 'Dancing with the Stars' (out of a possible three finishing spots). Her youngest child has a very serious medical condition, to which she doesn't seem to care to promote or champion.

Someone like this doesn't deserve my respect, but my scorn. She comes dangerously close to being labelled a 'traitor' and is far from the title of 'national hero'.

If you had made your post about the quickness with which some individuals are ready to rush to judgment and pillory someone before the facts are in, you'd have a point. But who in particular is irrelevant. To make hypocrisy the issue trivializes it, and leads me to suspect that your rant may itself be hypocritical, because I get the feeling you'd be somewhat less outraged if Nancy Pelosi had been the scapegoat.

Where are the “real men?” They are right here but sorry I do not agree with your outlook. As a proud bleeding heart tree hugger liberal I think I am as much as a man as my friends that (from these parts) are from the right. The can of worms that are opened up when this subject comes up, reminds me of the whole John Wayne thing because he was a “real man”. As to Palin, well she does that all by her lonesome  which provides comedies skits that are as funny as hell.

My sincere thanks for rising above mere political namecalling in your post.  You obviously are a shining role model for us liberals to emulate.
