Just an FYI for you pallet wrap lovers:
Many pallet wraps have an adhesive sprayed on to the film to help is stick better. So I do not recommend pallet wrap for wrapping food.

Now there used to be a product called Press and Seal. Not sure if its made any more but it would stick to just about anything. Sometimes you get what you pay for!

Ohhh, that gives me an idea.
Spray your supposed "pork chops" with Pam cooking spray, then wrap them suckers tight!
(pork chops is code word for thighs....right? [8D])

Of course Ron me old mate, If and when you visit us in the colonies, we'll introduce you to the proper stuff laughingly named "Glad Wrap". The bloody stuff clings to itself and everything in it's reach. It comes in a variet of lengths (including the commercial pack for large commerciak kitchens. They also have an aluminium serated edge to aid the "cutting"off the sheet, something which has great uses in torturing sub/slaves. The true and provable Masters of this product (Glad Wrap) are the Professional Chefs cooking in Professional Kitchens. Of course this can be well combined with another Aussie product, VEGEMITE. Oh after wrapping sub/slaves in Glad Wrap, don't stand then too close to the BBQ when cooking prawns as the heat will cause the wrapped sub/slaves to wilt and become soggy.
