your comprehension skills havent improved any, I see.  (the irrational hate was in reference to the clown that shot her) not to arizona hating her.

that is so backassward its funny. Giffords is loved, not hated.

No one is punishing Arizona because of her.

Its not comparable in anyway.

Who was "punishing" Alaska because they hated Palin?

I hope that Palin runs for president. I find her endlessly entertaining. Remember when she said that asking her what she reads is gotcha journalism. Ha ha ha ha. Run Sarah, run...

The less intelligent love to love her because she is........one of them, just in a prettier package.

The intelligent either find her entertaining to laugh at or nauseating.......sometimes, alternately, both.

Quite simply, she got where she is now because of ( a new word I made up yesterday..) dumbassery.

Interesting notion op. I've always just expected her to drop out of the primaries too.

If she's vying for the number two slot again it's really going to depend on who gets the number one. For instance, I don't see Mike Huckabee pairing with her because his portfolio already draws a lot of crossover support from her crowd. Mitt Romney could really use her help in the general, but she would never be able to actually help him win the nomination. Any support she showed for him in the primaries would just be seen as treacherous by her fans. It would have to be somewhat of a dark horse like a Bobby Jindal or Tim Pawlenty.

Imagine her running as VP in two years and losing again. Would she try for the bottom of the ticket again in six? Become the perpetual GOP VP candidate. *chuckle*

I wonder if the late Ambrose Bierce is off topic here?

Okay, let's accept this at face value....Now let me ask you why the people of the USA suffer her as a candidate ?
Your position is irrational...you put forth the theory that she did more good by stepping down while holding to the fallacy that she is an electable candidate for the office of Chief Executive!
How far around the bend have you actually gone ?

Pawlenty and Jindal are not dark horses, they are dark matter.  Absolutely invisible.

Actually just today Pawlenty came in third in the New Hampshire straw poll.

First and second were Romney and then somewhat shockingly, at least to me, Ron Paul. While he is a lot closer to my own personal beliefs than most politicians are, I recognize that Ron Paul will never get the nomination. He is viewed as too extreme by way to many in the party. I also have a funny feeling that, even though he has been leading in most of these early polls, Romney will also not get the nomination. Wall street exec, Romney care, abortion, and lots more get in his way during this time of extreme polarization. He also does way to much double talk.

Don't get me wrong, I'm no Pawlenty fanboy. I don't like him, I don't hate him, I nothing him as of right now. All I'm saying is don't count him out.

I challenge you to show me anywhere that I believe she is elecable as POTUS?

I haven't. She can do absolutly nothing with out the left going ape shit.

It was for the benefit of the PEOPLE OF ALASKA that she stepped down.

THe people suffer her as a candidate?

WTF does that even mean? She isn't a candidate for anything.

Oh yeah, the country has been served so well by presidents who went to Harvard and Yale over the last few decades, two Bushs, that lowlife Clinton and now the know nothing big corporation's lapdog Obama.
And those are the "smart" people?
Oh yeah, Bush Jr and Clinton were real geniuses.

Conventional wisdom is that a Pres nominee should select a VP nominee to balance the ticket.  So as you say, Huckabee would have no use for her.

I assume that her only asset for the ticket would be the block of votes she delivers in the primary.  She will be a heavy liability in the general because she will alienate the independents who are the key.  And Alaska isn't a vote-heavy prize like California or NY.

Best someone advises Sarah not to visit Australia......

http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2011/01/assange-attorney-palin-prosecuted-inciting-violence-visits-australia/

Please make sure she grasps that is Australia with an 'L', not Austria. Repeatedly pointing out the different locations on a map or globe may be necessary. It would be rash to assume she is aware of the difference already.
