Considering that Olbermann was ahead of CNN in the same time slot and second behind fox, I say he was doing okay.

Sounds like the old joke about USSR sports reporting. "USSR comes in 2d, USA comes in 2d to last"......in a head to head game.

Olberman consistently had 1/3 or less of the 25+ audience and barely beat Nancy Grace many nights, losing to her occasionally, lol. CNN isnt even a serious player in the US any more.

About the only thing you'll ever find from people who dislike him are banal variations of tone arguments. With few exceptions, his logic and fire for baring naked hypocrisy and stupidity trumped most everything (unless people were playing with anti-intellectualism scoreboards).
