in any relationship there has to be communication. be it 2 or more involved, get the 3 of you together and openly discuss what is desired/wanted in/out of the relationship and how each are to work with each other. each will want some time dedicated to them by each so find what that is and work out a schedule or house rules to be followed and enjoy. i have a wife and a Mistress so i try to please both in the way desired by each of T/them.

Did you agree that all meetings will be for threesomes? Did you agree to only meet the third when the wife agreed to join in? Sit down for a conversation with you wife and tell her you aren't satisfied. Suggest either she joins in more often, or she just comes along to watch, or she does something else while you and the sub get together.

To me, it sounds like she's trying to prevent you from forming an ongoing d/s relationship by deliberately making it impossible for the sub to be happy. Ask her what she needs from you to not be insecure seeing someone else. then do it.
