I actually think your own interpretation is suspect considering your posts regarding Obama.

Anyone who doesn't agree with me should be drug tested because their stance is "fucking retarded".

If this type of logic is all the left has to offer then just rinse and repeat until there is another "shellacking".

Thank you for proving my point.

Thank you for proving MY point omfg.

tazzygirl -> RE: I guess he missed the reading of the Constitution (2/7/2011 2:43:25 PM)

And what point was that?

You proved your hatred for Obama. You lumped me in with all the extreme leftists. And you havent managed, in a single post anywhere, to lay blame where its due.

mnottertail -> RE: I guess he missed the reading of the Constitution (2/7/2011 2:48:45 PM)

I remember Alexander Haig, Secretary of  State under Ronald Reagan saying:

In 1981, following the March 30 assassination attempt on Reagan, Haig asserted before reporters "I am in control here" as a result of Reagan's hospitalization.

Constitutionally, gentlemen, you have the President, the Vice President and the Secretary of State in that order, and should the President decide he wants to transfer the helm to the Vice President, he will do so. He has not done that. As of now, I am in control here, in the White House, pending return of the Vice President and in close touch with him. If something came up, I would check with him, of course.—Alexander Haig  Looks like he didn't read the constitution.  Course nobody did them days. Richard M. Nixon and George W. Bush

A number of points actually.

Earlier I had mentioned that Democratic loyalists were using tactics of fear (Rovian tactics btw) and were in denial as to why Moderates are abandoning Obama in droves.

My point was that Democratic party loyalists are unable to understand that a great deal of centrist opposition to Obama is about bad policy.

Why focus solely on who (or what) exactly Emanuel was calling "fucking retarded"?

To ignore Gibbs comments that the government should be drug testing dissenting liberals seems self serving.

Under Obamacare there will be fines levied against citizens for failing to purchase a product from a private company. Ignoring that is foolish as the centrist voters will not ignore it.

Will property be confiscated if someone can't afford to pay the fine Obamacare imposes, will interest be accrued, pay garnished, IRS enforcement, other penalties? Being forced to buy insurance in order to be allowed to legally drive has to do with a privilege btw.

Endless war, warrantless surveillance, corporate/bank bailouts, Obamacare (which gave insurers the excuse to raise premiums for those already insured), Guantanamo, the Patriot Act, none of these things would be acceptable just because a prior Administration did them first. Obamacare is Obama's monstrosity.

Here is a quote from an earlier post:

"Denial will not win the Democrats the Moderate vote and neither will calling us "racists", or closet Republicans, or invoking the Palin boogieman. The Sarah Palin boogieman will not frighten me into voting for Obama. "

You have already accused me of basically being a closet Republican and "hatred for Obama".

You refuse to accept that Obama and the Democratic party earned their last "shellacking" and are headed blindly into another "shellacking".

The denial has surfaced as well.

I explained my specific objections to Obama's policy, you responded with tactics I would expect from a leftist Karl Rove.

You've had quite a bit of Obama's Kool-Aid and aren't worth more of my time.

Arguing with an idealogue is pointless.

Wow... didnt you post the following?

Rahm Emmanuel said Democratic voters were "fucking retarded" if they didn't give Obama the vote he was entitled to

I prefer to take one point at a time. You began your listing with Emmanuel... we havent moved on to Gibbs yet.

You dont know yet you are complaining about it? And, btw, I never used the insurance debate. You are getting posters mixed up.

They were going up 16% regardless of what Obama did or didnt do. You should do a search on that.

Half right, half wrong... and a hint... I never once used the word Republican in a reply to you or about you.

I have? Please show me where I have. This should be interesting.

I dont do crystal balls.

I have spoken out against the Health Care Law before. I wont do your homework. You will have to find those posts.

Little boy, the problem you have is you dont know what the fuck you are talking about... and its obvious to everyone BUT you.

Robert Gibbs followed that gem up by stating that Obama's liberal base should be drug tested if they don't like his policy. This insulted Obama's leftist base. Forced urine samples are a bit intrusive, its not a good joke or barb.

Since you pushed for this... ahem... I want you to look up the exact quote from Gibbs... then tell me you really want to stick by those words.

Mine went up 17%. That is less than it went up prior to Obama's election.

Well done. Carry on.

You think they took the chimp seriously?

Some people did and I still have his picture hanging in my kitchen to prove it.

Do you genuflect whenever you pass by it?

My dad might, although I think he keeps it up because it is autographed to my mom and it showed up when she was dying. I've thought about taking it down, but he seems to like it so I leave it alone.

You didn't provide those details before.

Definitely leave it up.

That picture stays on the wall even if it was the devil himself.    [:)]

Yea, that was my thought too. [:)]
