Status: offline 		Do you think that many Owners are actually interested in owning a service oriented, non-sexual slave?
How do you go about looking for such an Owner?

Status: offline 		Firstly you could gather together all the profiles of those who identify as Victorian Household or Victorian Lifestyle. A service slave is pretty much on top of our list of requirements. I've always stated that I am happy to look at a service only slave (i.e. no sex and no BDSM). Now were I to find a slave who is a trained sex slave, trained domestic/service slave and whatever else comes along with the package, I'll grab that with both hands as long as we can come to an agreement.

Status: offline 		When you want something off the beaten track look for signs they might be interested. Look for interests that might indicate compatibility. You probably won't find proof positive that they are interested but shoot off a respectful message laying out what you want to offer to a few profiles that might fit. If you don't get any bites, look for more.

Don't pick one profile and send a message and fixate on that person's response.

Status: offline 		I agree with this in as much as from a personal basis, I hate to have things left in doubt. This is why in my profile I stipulate the requirement for service/domestic slaves and further state that should they not wish sexual contact or BDSM they only need to tell me that. I have indicated that this would not preclude them from a position but rather place them in a separate category from those who are ok with domestic duties, possible sexual contact and some BDSM tossed in for entertainment too,

Status: offline 		i have written before about my 2 MASTERS. One of them, strictly wanted a domestic slave for housekeeping duties. i am sure they are out there. Maybe even a few straight MASTERS or poly housholds where it would be clear up front that you were there for domestic service

She's correct and you'll find open advertisements and groups designated for your interest on Fetlife. I don't believe you're obligated to limit yourself to Victorian styled situations. As most don't necessarily exclude BDSM or copulation but simply construct the household around that time frame and its protocols. Best of luck.

I think that when we use phrases like "service oriented slave" we are basically saying "blah blah blah blah blah". The truth is that I want a specific kind of partner. I might call that a "slave" or whatnot, but in real life it's a complicated set of factors that I'm looking at which span all facets of her personality. So now, to your comment, what exactly is this "service oriented non-sexual slave"?? If you're talking about someone who'll come over and do my laundry twice a week I could see doing that. But the obvious question becomes, "what does this slave want in return?" It's also worth pointing out that while I acknowledge the concept for other people, for me as soon as you put a limiter on the word "slave" then it's not slave anymore. When I think of a "slave" it means "someone I own".

Status: offline 		i agree with those who suggest checking out Fetlife -- all sorts of groups for people seeking all sorts of dynamics. there are people interested in just about anything you can dream up.
your profile says you "tolerate" housework (housework and cooking are what people mostly associate with domestic service), but that you love ass play and cbt -- those are sexual things for a lot of people, so your profile might read as a bit ambiguous.
does service-oriented NOT mean domestic service, to you?
do you mean it in the sense that you like doing any activity for the sake of making someone else happier?
those are some things you might like to explain in your profile, since it's pretty sparse.

Status: offline 		I had a service only slave for two years. I wanted someone in the house while I traveled for work.
So, she took care of the house for room, board, and a stipend for spending money. It worked out very well.
Then, she found her "one true dom" and moved out.

I've once in a while, had offers for non-sexual service.   With some experience  now, I cannot say I would not consider one, under different circumstances; but as it is now, non-sexual service is a hard limit of mine.
I have met 1 or 2,  who felt exactly like this.   That was my first "what the hell do you mean, telling me what my slave is supposed to do, or not do?"
So, when I speak to someone nowadays, at some point, we do broach the "how do you feel about sex/phucking?" subject.     M

No, I don't think that's the majority, or even close to it. But they're out there.
Service oriented for me is a must. Sexual is a must too.

Nothing wrong with that it is just a matter of being realistically honest. perhaps your requirement is service, Domestic Service. Again nothing wrong with that either. Probably it may be the smallest gene pool in the scene though. Now we come to the ambigious "service slave". Service has so many meanings. Is it Personal Service such as a butler or maid would perform or is there hidden some carnal desires too. The more kinky will probably be thinging of the classic French maid with her apron/skirt about her waist ready to be handled or screwed by the aristocracy; or perhaps the butler servicing orally the Mistress of the house. Years ago many Goreans of my ken, refered tpo their kajira as service slaves meaning the services performed were primarily serving the Master and Free with refreshments and food. general house duties were included and at times the service was personal and sexual which is an owner's right to use his property and use her well.

Create a listing for yourself on Craigslist as providing free maid service -- you'll be booked for "service" throughout the year.
