Actually, you can get toilets like that in the U.S. they are just around $1400.
I actually looked for one when I was remodeling a bathroom last summer.
I decided to go with the usually conventional type.

Wow! $1400 for a toilet!!! These things are all over the place here.

No wonder this country has been stuck in a pooper of a recession for so long.
