PeonForHer -> RE: Are male subs (bottoms) offended by m/m bondage porn? (2/18/2011 5:48:45 PM)

ORIGINAL: LadyNTrainer Heterosexual submissive men, for the most part, simply don't know how to do that. They know how to demand that a woman stage herself for their viewing pleasure, which is arguably the most annoying mistake that "submissive" men make to really turn off dominant women. They do not know how to "ham it up" for her viewing pleasure, or to package themselves as the object to be consumed rather than as the consumer. And therein lies the very specific lesson we wish they would learn. Ooookayyyy . . . I get it. I know enough about that feeling to be able to say that it's good, and it's horny, to feel that way and to be seen that way. Insofar that I get a rise out of anything stereotypically 'feminine', then that's what's behind it - the 'here's my body, it's your object, it's vulnerable, take it and use it' thing. And, natch, it's *damned* good to see an 'I want to eat you' look on a woman's face - that's the bullseye. Me, though, I never needed M/m porn for that feeling to develop. I just wanted to emulate what I've seen women do to fire the 'take and use' passion in men. I do agree that we don't have that sort of gender culture and it was always a fascination of mine to see how far those roles could be switched. But it's a road about which I'd be careful of taking too far. And hamming it up isn't something that I want to do either. Method acting is the only kind of acting I want to get into in partnerships. I know that sounds a bit stuffed up of me, but I get the holy horrors of D/s done for show only. D/s already has more than it needs of ham and sham, IMO. On an entirely different note . . . Can I just say - aren't the men on this thread being commendably gentlemanly? If Doms were to talk about the 'educative benefits' of getting their het femsubs to watch F/f porn, accusations might be flung around of said Doms trying to coax their femsubs into some hot girl-on-girl action at home. Yum indeed, no doubt! However, not one male here has hinted that, perhaps, none of this has really got anything to do with malesubs' 'education'; that it might, in fact, have much more to do with certain women getting hot 'n'steamy at the idea of coaxing some similar bi inclinations out of their menfolk. Well, well, I'm very much a gentleman, so I won't suggest that either. No indeedy. I won't even put a 'wink' emoticon in at this point. All that aside, then, and as a purely a matter of interest and apropos of nothing else at all: Could I see a show of hands from those women who a) think that submales could profit from watching M/m porn but b) do not get off at the idea of two men together and absolutely wouldn't want their own submale to be part of, say, a bi male scene that they, the women, are involved in or are 'directing'?
