Which is not running the country, you'll find.

"What about doctors who only perform abortions for medical reasons?"

Well, have have to decide if we are animals or not. Animals will eat their young. For what reason ? If the offsping is defective, that's lunch. If food is scarce - ???????

Either we do it or we don't. And it is pro choice. I can handle the word abortion, but the fact is if it is legal they will not force you to have one.

"Say an ex-boyfriend who happens to be father of a baby doesn't want to pay child support for the next 18 years, and he beats on his ex-girfriend's abdomen in trying to abort her baby. If she did kill him, it would be justified. She is resisting an effort to murder her unborn child."

Gee, and a woman killing her ex because he is in the process of beating the living shit out of her somehow isn't justified under current laws? That will be good news to all the domestic abusers who habitually beat the crap out of their wives/girlfriends... as long as the female isn't pregnant, anyway [8|]

Thanks for the info and link, Tazzy. Personally, I think the agenda is perfectly clear.

Remember what I said about juries ? Not every case is a BIG statement of the People's rebellion to the legislation, an affront to the oppressors, a final stand. This should be a matter of the normal course of life. If the jurers know the facts, even as stupid and childish people are, most of the time they will regroup their minds and render the correct verdict. What I said before applied to unusual circumstances, but it is not nor should it be limited to that.

This should be normal in the course of justice, common sense should prevail. ............. That said, I think I'll light up a cigarette.

whole country is nuts. Know what I think ? I don't think they should be allowed to make any new laws. Not until the old ones expire.

Sure sounds like you're trying to do your part.
