Bush didnt have much opposition from the Dims, and the present CIC is following Bushs exact footsteps. Bush was no Conservative, and Obama is no centrist. I grew up in Wisconsin. If they don't have many black teachers there, it's because they can't find any to hire unless they order them out of a catalog. Outside of Milwaukee, there are probably only about 17 or 18 blacks in the whole state, and at least 3 of them are probably just passing through on their way from Chicago to the Twin Cities. I'd be willing to bet it's one of the whitest states in the country. To paraphrase Eddie Murphy, the Upper Midwest ain't a very popular place with the brothers.
