Need advices on how to start a training to become a full toilet slave. Huge experience in piss only...
There's a website? an article about this pratice? A step by step guide?

Wow, really? Gosh I'm not submissive, kinky, or masochistic but I'm pretty sure I could eat a turd without any advanced training if it was important to do so. OK, while I strongly suspect that you're looking for fantasy not "real infos" I'll go ahead and give you the "real infos" between Carol and I. It is EXACTLY as I described to you. If I wanted Carol to eat a turd, I'd hand it to her and say "eat this". That would be the extent of the "training". Here's the thing, OP, if you want to learn to do something the best way to start is by researching the basics. The threads I offered gave you some of that...pros/cons...reality sort of thing.
