In reply to sirsholly post 210. Part I Interestingly enough, as what is required to attain sainthood things went as they should. Part II First of all, I am not claiming to be Jesus Christ. He is as I pointed out a role model in that he is someone that I respect and feel worthy of emulation. He is my hero. The saints are heroes too. Having said that I now have the language I require to say what I want to say. Does my emulation of Jesus Christ have anything to do with my interest to, as you rudely put it, get laid? No. Apparently, for many of (how shall I word it) access to your object of desire is a choice. It must be like going into one's back yard and plucking an apple from an apple tree for you. You just do it. I have no such opportunity. There is nothing that I can do. Furthermore, I cannot imagine that I am the only one and cannot imagine that such emotional and physical isolation does not ever befall any of you from time to time as well. It may be that some of you when such circumstances befall you, you are in denial and merely say to yourselves that it was a choice you made, when in fact matters were out of your control. Part III I'm thinking, what must be the objection to the word preserve? I gather what my detractors are saying is that life is like a fire. To preserve you is like trying to preserve a fire; hence, it makes perfect sense to consume whatever resources are available to you in a timely fashion because that is what life is all about.
