Mine have had laser surgery to fix them, it is cool, they wake up a bit sore but their sack appears intact. It costs a bit more but it keeps them from feeling like they are not real boys anymore while stopping the spraying and kitten making.

We had one that was fixed after he had a litter or two - he still managed to mount the female cats after he was neutered lol there just weren't any kittens out of it.

LOL SweetDommes....had one just like that. The first thing he did after coming back from the vet was to mount the female and start humping away.

My ginger cat curry did that when summer was in heat the second last time at present (she should be pregnant now, fingers crossed) ... took him quite a while to figure out the beneficial state he was in to be locked in with a girl craving his attention

before then he always behaved as if he is feeling harrassed by her

Now during her last heat there was not much attention from his side and as she was allowed to have mixed litter this time she spent many nights outside

much safer to protect my hearing
