Watching this is pretty interesting. I really do wonder what the country would be like now if Hillary had been elected.

Imagine if McCain got in, had a heart attack and died two days after the swearing in ceremony and Palin was made President. What would the country be like then?

A lot better off than it is now.

Just hypocrisy and dishonesty.  What has she done useful, talk is cheap? There is a recent documentary released by US progressives (Ms. Clinton is not one). If somebody has patience  and time, it is worth to watch and think about. Here is the link: http://vimeo.com/20355767

It sounds to me like Billary went to a special school. Class size is limited to a very few - teachers. There is one student. The teachers are Oprah Winfrey, Jerry Springer, Maury Povitch, Steve Wilkos, Jenny Jones (you wondered what she is doing now huh), Judge Wapner is a consultant and Bullwinkle the moose is the coordinator. And between Hillary Rodham (don't kid yourself) and Bugs Bunny, they will succeed in getting another GWB type in the oval office.

It was said that Gerry Ford couldn't fart and chew gum at the same time, and we KNOW that GWB's Dad had problem witho potato chips. It's not surprising at all tht these suits have problems with basic bodily functions. Both sides of the aisle folks.

I mean no president ever in the entire world has ever had any type of emotional break... I mean to be president anywhere you have to be a cold heartless robot....that cant regonize that people are human and have emotions... and those emotions are some times crying...

Crying doesnt make you weak, it doesnt make you less. People cry its necessary. The strongest people in the world cry.... its not a crime

If she got elected she probably would have done a damn fine job.

But to portray something like this as if its a weakness is just low.

You got no clue do you ?

Cry on TV and I think you need to go home, you do not belong in a piosition of power. The responsibility that comes with power requires that you set your emotions aside, and think logically and without prejudice. I will not claim to be able to do so, but I am godammn sure nobody else can.

I completely disagree - she was moved to tears talking about pride in her country, not just sobbing because she had a bad day.

With something like the absolute tragedy happening in Japan right now, a President who is able to show emotion can be downright inspiring.

QFT

When Reagan showed visible emotion to the relatives of the Lockerbie bombing, all the pundits were waxing poetic about RR removing the stoicism from public discourse.

Because Hillary cried, "She's a weak girl".

You dont think Boehner catches hell for getting emotional?

Why should someone on the left get a pass for the same thing.

And I thought the genders were supposed to be absolutely equal in every conceivable way...

Sanity, that was my point. It's OK to be emotional, no matter what your gender.

I guess I musta blinked and missed it. I didn't see Hillary crying in the video the OP posted.

Edited to add:

Nor did she appear to be spinning out of control.

With every post wilbur shows himself to be not the swiftest individual.

In the video I heard Hillary's voice rise with emotion. I didn't see one tear shed.

Apparently the op needs to pay more attention.

The quality of that vid didn't show tears but I heard her voice crack a few times, and basically assumed because of the video title and because I remember this being made a big deal of in the election.

The thread "spinning out of control" was a reference to 1:20 where she implies that Obama wouldn't be able to get a handle on things. I didn't want to put a long stupid wall of text but I probably should have clarified that lol.

Basically lol the thread was wondering if this country would be as absolutely fucking crazy if Hillary were in that office instead. How she would handle shit like Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck.
